If you or someone you know has been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, you don't have to walk the journey alone.

Our services are available from the time of diagnosis and there is no fee for any of our services.

Visiting Volunteers

Our Visiting Volunteers go to the client and provide non medical support

  • Simple comfort measures
  • Child/pet care
  • Relief for the caregiver
  • Light meal preparation
  • Friendly listening/conversation
  • Reading aloud
  • Letter writing/assistance with other communications
  • Accessing Resources

"Living Well" Day Program

Our focus is on living life to the fullest!

Our program provides social and emotional support in a safe environment where clients will find relaxation, supportive relationships, and therapeutic value. It also allows respite for caregivers and ease of mind knowing their loved one is being cared for in a professional and caring setting. Our program is coordinated and overseen by a Registered Nurse and supported by our dedicated hospice volunteer team.

Offered Thursday afternoons from 12 pm – 4 pm
Meaningful activities may include:

  • Support for living well
  • Arts &Crafts, scrapbooks and projects
  • Creativity and assistance with legacy work
  • Music Therapy
  • A listening ear - companionship and conversation
  • Table games/cards
  • Special guests
  • Celebrations… FUN!
